The Many Faces of War - This article is found on the America at War Blog Page. The argument as made that Warfare has changed since WWII. Today, our enemies are not states, but rogue groups. The only way to achieve victory will be through the allegiance of people and not through an alliance of nations. The people that the combatants hide amongst will win this war for us. Our defense policy must appeal to people and not be simply built upon a political alliance between nations. What is your vote on this Blog?
